Sea Glass, Pottery, and ???

New to the site. I am completely fascinated by the idea. Here are a few pics of things I have found while poking around at the beach. The sea glass, slender bar, and colorful pottery were found on the Mexican Pacific coast near Puerto Vallerta. Any insight on these items would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The bar has a few markings, and seems to have been in the water for a long time. Could it be from a wreck?
