Looks like a pipe cover. The single node swivels to slide the cover open. No idea what it covered though.

There's an idea for a new sub forum... "What it's not" .... the ones that fool you thinking you have a winner, but don't. I had a couple last time out... a broken tombac that had be thinking half real cob, and the buckle which at first glance had me thinking nice early silver Colonial buckle, but was not too old, and just plated thin brass.

Probably just my 'poor vision', but why does the 'flat/round' item towards the end of your ring finger look like a Spanish Reale to me? What is it, if I may ask? Oh, and I have no idea about the 'what's it' item. Pipe cover reply, may be right
