My girlfriend's mother works for a large congregation with a decent sized kitchen. Over my Christmas break I worked with her mother and we cleaned out the kitchen and she gave me 3 trunk loads of aluminium baking pans, stainless steel kitchen utensils and stainless steel chafing dishes. How should I separate this stuff and how much should I expect to get per pound?

^^^thats probally true
but if you want to separate it i would put all the aluminum in one pile and all the stainless in another just make sure the stainless isnt magnetic. make sure to take off all the plastic or wood handles. i would expect you should get 60 cents a pound for the AL and 65 for the stainless, thats what i get here in NJ.
