✅ SOLVED School yard find.

Not sure what this is. Possibly part of a fence or an old wagon? The round part is brass and the rest is iron. The iron has a flat side and a rounded side probably mounted to something. School was built in the 20’s but this looks a bit older. Any ideas? Sorry the pictures are crappy.
