School on a old dump

I hunted a school that was built in late 50's and I expected to the usual stuff to my surprise started to find older trash and lots of old glass ,I found a spark plug that I believe from a model T and this

Looks like it could be a reflector of a sign ?

Pretty much looks like a bridle rosette, but really try to remember that the size and picture (or description) of the back really help get an accurate ID.
