Afternoon managed close to 4 hours today start wasn't very good wanted to move along the foreshore but another chap was there but i believe everything happen for a reason and i focus on another area ......backpack was heavy and a good workout,bellarmine shards lots of early clay pipe a pewter toy trumpet and other junk

hi give a lot away ,interesting bit go to the museum ,copper,lead,brass and scrap gold are sold and reinvested in gears .A good pair of boots is expensive and I need 2 a year

I hear what your saying about boots! I wish I could design special boots for detectorist, which last longer than a year. A 5 year life would be good

My HARKILA super dupa huntinginthecoldestconditionever start to take water this morning ...............i dont use wellies since a nails went straight in...anyway Harkilas are 120 quid a shot wonder what happen if you are going hunting for 2 weeks and it is your only pair of shoes...
