Found a new area where I was finding some 1880’s+ coins last weekend. Most were pretty ate up, but it was still exciting.
So I went back hoping to find some more. Was a big surprise when I dug the Spanish Ferdinand VII 2 Reales.
Unfortunately the outer layer crumbled away and I could only get a partial date. 181_.
Also dug a intact saw medallion, a nice litttle brass religious pendant, a few buffs, and a Ihp.
Oh, and the last photo are the coins from the previous hunt at the same site.
