Not sure, the heart shaped one wt. was 8 lbs the cut rock is 13 lbs very dark colored
much more than anything around them
Also noticing some chiesil marks on the sides possible letters or numbers
The more I examine them the the bigger the mystery is getting

If you took the rock on the right and laid it horizontal, there is then a flat top and bottom, and what looks like a part to fit together with another stone. Think along the lines of tongue-in-grove wood.

Kinda like this (apologies for my poor drawing skills):

That, or it's just my pareidolia kicking in.

I don't know what they are but they are not Native American tools. Neither is the one you posted from Google. My view is they are naturally formed rocks. Maybe more pics would help. That area was scoured by glaciers for thousands of years and they could really make crazy formed stones.

Yes, heart of stone naturally formed but that cut on the other rock,, definitely not natural,, what is in the pic with the Google?
That you disagree with ? That pic shows a similar cut ,, need a geologist to help solve this ID. Thanks for all the input it all is important,,

Sure, nature is that good. It could have been a concretion that formed around or against some structure or square rock before becoming hard. No clue what that Google thing is but it is definitely not an axe. Post your pics on the North American Indian Artifact Forum. You will get more answers there.
