Personally I'm glad that it's a hoax. When I read the initial article, there was a terrible sinking feeling in my heart. I don't want to kill anyone and I don't want to be killed, but I'd decided OK, now's the time, send 'em over. Put foreign troops in this country for anything besides training, chances are there will be a terrible international incident, and gun toting rednecks will be killed in the process. You know, I had a real rant going, and erased most of it. I'm not going to talk and blow smoke, if foreign troops are on our soil for any reason other than allies training together, you can tell your friends, "I think I know who that old boy was."

Well it sounds like the rest of them. Personally, I like the 30,000 guillotines rumor myself, but maybe it's just my purple humor.

FEMA has become a private army controlled by any president in office.

The Armed Forces - Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, etc. are all commanded by the President, who is the Commander - in - Chief. Why would the President need FEMA? They have no ships, tanks, planes, rockets, nukes, or even enough money or personnel for a second-class disaster.
