Just stay above the high tide water line, and you will be fine. Don't go in the water or below the high tide line or you risk getting a room w/o a view! Of course, this also depends on exactly where you're hunting,,, some beaches are okay to hunt down to and into the water, but, you will have to check with the local laws of your intended search area before hand because some areas have "claims" on the rights of shipwrecks in the water, and all artifacts up to the high tide line on certain beaches... Floater or Surfrat should be able to give more in depth & precise info on your question. Ask them...

Lonewolf, thank you for the input. I intend to be "working" the beaches noth and south of the Sebastian inlet, say 10 miles in either direction.
