Rp4 shaker table

All thread will eventually break ! Better to get the right bolt and not have to worry about the vibration breaking the all thread. BUT it is your choice ! Good luck
Thanks. I have no idea what I’m doing and relying on a friend. I will avoid the all thread.

Looks like the bolts actually didn’t strip out. The walking nut just unthread after a few minutes of use. Going to try a double nut to lock it and maybe some lock tight since they can never come out again anyway.

I cannot do that. We are going to try all thread and epoxy in new holes.

This is annoying because I’m probably going to move all of this up to the mine in the spring. I just wanted to get familiar with it and have it running here so I’m not going through all this once it’s Mining season.
Yep it is a lot of work since you are going to re setup the table at the mine.
If you happen to have some logs at least 25" -32" in size you could anchor the logs with steel into the ground as a short term pad to mount the table on to help with the movement.

At the claim you may want to run concrete blocks down 3'-4' into the ground with steel rebar tying into the concreate pad on top of the blocks. Having a steel plate that is either bolted or welded to the steel re bar in the concreate is a nice spot to bolt the table too.
Good luck.

Woo. Not that difficult once the bolts are tight. I’d say it works, that’s some tiny stuff!!
