Round thing with pin found near old farm silo

The raised text on this reads "Niagara" and "B.W.H. Co." Some web research turned up that a B.W.H. Co. once made a straight razor called the Niagara, but this sure isn't a straight razor.

It looks like the pin might have slid in and out of this thing back in its less rusty days.

Any ideas?

I think it is a flue from a stove pipe.
