Found In Civil War Area At An Old Cross Roads On a Flat Spot In The Woods......All Stuff Was Found In An Area About 12' In Diameter.
Very Rigid And Heavy For The Size....Solid Piece
Added Pic Of Finds That Were With It.....

It's the back of a pocket watch. HH

I found one (back of a big brass pocket watch )just like that, and found a miniature makers mark and serial number in the center of the inner part. If you clean yours you may find the same. Keep hitting that spot, it will have coins. Sub
