Round copper thing

Found this at an old house where we pulled several large cents. Thought it was a wheel first but its tapered, more like a plug or stopper.'Its solid and has some weight to it
Has "FG" and "0" "2" "0" "2" on it


Any thoughts?

Yes a trade weight, probably Georgian or Victorian. From the middle of the 19th century, most weights were marked with their denomination.:thumbsup:

Thanks, I think that might be what it is. Never heard of them. Will research and see if I can pinpoint it.
