I dont think it is.
You have a lot of blondes there still, if it is not staying put in the bottom riffle then its probably not gold.

If you are still unsure then try to smash it and see if it flattens out but does not break.

Well yes it could be gold, I've seen wire gold that looks like.
Gold is twice as heavy as lead.
Find some lead, using a pair of pliers and a hammer, make some very small flakes, put them in your pan, and pan down to the lead.
Check underneath the lead.
If you are able to keep the lead in your pan then the gold would also still be in your pan.
Magnetite and hematite, which are dark heavy minerals often associated with gold mining, are concentrated along with the gold in your pan.
Neo said you have lots of blondes in your pan, which means you need to pan down to the heavier materials.
blondes are typically your lighter materials. If all you have are blondes in your pan there may not be any gold.
