Below is the best guess from Dad but although he maybe close on the reverse, I don't think its Ves.

'Now weight has been confirmed at 10 gm and I have rotated obverse picture 90 degrees I am going for a coin like an AS of Vespasian similar to RIC Vol 2 Pt 1 No 1236 with a Lyon mint circa AD77-78. The reverse is an Altar flanked on each side by a Victory and has a Central figure of a Jupiter with Eagle. I attach obv correct way up and you should see Jupiter’s head towards the centre top of coin where figure is stood on altar. The text PROVIDENT would be in the Exergue. The head is a Laureate right for that coin too'
