Rock found in arizona another one

Lot of smooth like knuckle bumps or thumb prints real heavy non magnetic about a foot an half long

Based only on the images, it looks a bit like a geode, or "thunderegg". Where was it found? Since many rocks look similar, an answer could be helpful.

Mesa arizona .i was cleaning out a house.but i dnt know much more about it

I have seen similar rocks throughout the western United States. From your description of where found, I can not help and further. If there is a lapidary shop or club nearby, perhaps they could help.
