As far as I know, people from the spanish Ministry of Culture denies, absolutely, that they will sign any document to Robert Marx for his searching and recovering in the US and Bahamas. I ignore if any other Ministry has a different intention, but I cant imagine an spanish public authority signing a paper like that one Robert Marx mention on that interview.

Robert Marx was in Madrid last past week. I don't know if he had a meeting with officials in some ministry but it's a curious coincidence...or it's exactly was he said on the interview that would happens. Let's see if we have some new about it the next days.

sounds good to me ! Marx is a smart man, he will get paid very well, and he will probably make more out of his books
documenting the dig, than the treasure !
