I finally had a hunt at my early river site that did not produce anything of note. So its off to find some new sites with hopes of getting permission for the field behind it in the fall. I dont expect to find a site near as good as it was but I did get toasty 1864 fatty and 1882 indians and a complete 18th century shoe buckle frame from a spot where I found a KG II on a previous hunt. Complete two piece buckle frames from this period(1720-1800) have been a tough dig for me so glad to have it

Ha! Nice buckle frame.

No Massachusetts silver or French silver either. Not to mention my first capped bust that I found just down the beach from everything else. That area spoiled me bad
