I posted pics.of my first ring find yesterday i checked it out today it has 925 in one place and a 2 with a backward c on the other side
any one tell me what it means i dont know any thing about rings

It's a makers mark more than likely. Are you sure it's a 2 and a backwards c, and not actually a C and a Z as in cubic zirconia?
