Yes, a cheapo adjustable ring for kids... but the eagle part shows the Arms Of The United States... a spread-winged eagle with the Union Shield on its chest, grasping a bundle of arrows in one leg's talons and an olive branch in the other. So it is a "patriotic theme" ring.

Interestingly, that version of the Arms Of The United States is what appears on 1854-to-1902 US Army buttons. It doesn't show the 20th-Century version, which shows the eagle holding a ribbon marked "E Pluribus Unum" in its beak, with a "globe of clouds and stars" over the eagle's head.

Thanks Terry, I hope it is! Cannonballguy, that is peculiar, cant see this being a 19th century ring, maybe early Cracker Jack, at best! thanks, snaps
