I got off work at 3:30 this morning, walked my dog and headed for the beach. Saw from the tracks that the city had been sifting the sand earlier in the day but hit it anyway. Not a lot of signals, pennies above average nickels a dime. Then cruising down the towel line a solid quarter signal at two inches. Not a quarter but the large .925 silver ring. Synthetic stone, but 5.9 grams. scanned again and found the smaller ring. .925 with 14K on the edges at the top. The larger stones on this one are amethyst. A short 90 minute hunt but my best this year.
