Any helpl at all in identifing this ring will be greatly appreciated. Its a 10k 1956 womans ring I think its a highschool ring....but not sure. It has the letters N.D. on the front and the words "home of the game around it under the cross with the N.D.. It also has the letters H.S.between home of and the game. The name O'Neil co. is also on the inside.
The ring was found on the shore of Lake Wylie S.C.

BigCy, I believe the Mary Star of the Sea school was in Massachusetts. I got the link from there.
OK thanks but I find that there are Mary Star of the Sea high schools in California, Hawaii, and other states. We need to match the logo. Did you check the Mass. school logo?

I sure didn't BigCy. I guess that would have helped. I will check.

The logos do not match. Will keep looking.

The closest logos I found were the California schools but they didnt say Star of the Sea H.S. on the bottom ribbon. Maybe the logo was different in 1956 making it harder to find. :dontknow:

For reference - we don't go in for the high school/college/university ring thing in the UK.

OK thanks. I kinda ruled out UK when I found out there are so many of these schools here in the USA but the logo is similar.
