Started with a Minelab xterra 505. Then Equinox 600 with stock coil, xl coil and sinper coil depending on circumstances. Now use a manticore.
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
I'm sure everyone remembers the Indian and flying eagle spill I posted about almost a year ago. (12 Indians, 3 flying eagles). Since then I've just been at other places and haven't been back. Figured I'd give it another shot since plants are still mostly dormant and I could get into the tighter spots. Also tweaked settings on machine.

Indian count is now sitting at 16. With the addition of two tough dates: 1876 and 1871 (bold N). As well as 2 molre bronze 1864s.
A 1930 wheaty joined the small cent party. Then a 1797 drapped bust made an appearance. Also got a flat button(my first button of any kinda from here), an aluminum popsicle token circa 1934 with Irene Dunne, a Palmer's honor writing pin (pin part mia) and Ruth's art deco era cigarette case found partly buried under a fallen tree. Hinges and latch still work. Marked Superb U.S.A.

Wow ... what a killer site - congrats on all the great finds !
Thank you. It's been catch all for early 1910s to 1970s trash. Good for bottles. Committed myself to digging out a large piece of flashing and hit a 1908ish trash pit. Mostly slick beers. A few AB connected, one A B Co, bunch of paper label and embossed Clicquot clubs, Riker's Violet something creme jar with most of label and a Miller's bottle. Over all over 2 dozen bottles plus brass clock plate. They put caps back on the bottles when they dumped them so they are very clean. And had little ground water in them so no frost popping risk.

I've heard the early dates for IH's are tough to find...the 1877 I hear has a low mintage...sounds like you found some great spots ... I'd be a giddy as a school boy in a candy store with those recoveries! Big congratulations!

Thank you. Still haven't gotten all the bottles clean. There was an 1859, 1863 and 1864 thick in there which is less common than the thinner bronze 1864. Toughest 9 Indians to find I believe are 1909s, 1877, 1908s, 1871, 1872, 1870, 1878,1869 and 1876.

Those are great saves...may the 1877 be next!

That site is incredible! Hard enough to find those better date Indians, but you're knocking them off with great detail and full libertys- Gotta be an AU 1877 waiting for you- GL!!
