Yep. Just try buying an air rifle online sometime (Cheaperthandirt.com sells them among other retailers). I'm talking a glorified bb gun here.

They checked off city by city in Arkansas where they can't ship.

PS Midway USA is having a sale on Daisy 888 air rifles, I think they come with a scope, for $29.99. can't beat that.
