Our prayers are with his family, you, and yours. It is especially difficult for those who have suddenly had a loved one taken from them. Reflect on the good times you had detecting with him. I am sure that his spirit is still with you and he will probably push up a few goodies for you the next time you are out hunting.

I do not like saying sorry because, sorrow is for the living. I rather say to the living, I feel for you loss of a great person in your life. Always, Remember who and what the were to you.
