Remember when....

Stayed at home pretty much of the day,Painting my 3 yr. old's room,had a break waiting for some of the mud to dry.Went to a school across the river to pass some time,not much..40 cent's in clad,a dream catcher earring and half of one of those best friend's pendant's and a mini g.i. joe dogtag.Made my day,I hate painting!!!!Anyway how many of you wore one of these.Must've felt like a General back then.thank's for lookin'.HH!!

Pretty cool finds. Congrats on all your finds. To cold to paint. I been putting it off, waiting for it to get a little warmer. I need to paint the outside house and workshop. Not looking foward to it. Good luck.

Civil, Never Had A GI Joe, By the time they were popular I was a GI. I did However have one of those Safety Patrol Badges When I was in The 6th Grade, Also had the White Cross Belts that went with it. We Monitored the the younger kids to and from School. Didn't Feel like a General, But did Feel like a Cop. Interesting Finds, Brought Back some memories of a more Innocent Time. trk5capt...

Don't look now but some of those early G.I. Joe tags are worth $100 or more.

Watch out for all those little mini items from the past. Cracker Jack toys can run $50 to maybe $1,000.

Yea painting is definitely one of my least favorite things to do, I have a 18 inch roller that will speed the process up in half the time! My GI Joe was put through the ringer when I was a kid. Nice finds! Tsgman
