Release of Liability - Example Attached

I have had several people emailing me asking for an example Permission to Hunt and Release of Liability. I have used it on several occasions to get permission to hunt on properties because the people were not staying at their house, I met them away from their properties and they offered to let me hunt at my leisure, or the properties I wanted to hunt on were located elsewhere. They seem to like these and I feel better with it in my pocket.
