Nothing beats living in the country. Waaaayy to friggin hot to dig today, so I hunted for berry's on my property instead If I can keep the kids hands out of the bowl long enough to get em inside, I have done my job well.
Now for the real relics. Found these over the past couple weeks. Not much and was still too darn hot to stay out long, but I got a few.
A .69 and .58 cal bullet
An evil looking bridal rosette from 1877 (at least) home site. I reckon it was a bear or wolf or something at one time. Now you can only make out one eyeball and brow in the upper left.
A neat copper 1933 Chicago World's Fair something or other. A Chrysler dealer musta been giving out freebies.
Happy Hunting!
