Purchased this yesterday at an antique store on North shore of PEI, It spoke to me... I payed 250$ that i dont even have.
I have already researched it a bit , but...
? Do Rebekahs have swords?
I think its very likely, from my research that in the 1860's they got all the same jewels and offices.
? What rank was this individual?

The name. M.C. Barbour.
George Hilton Barbour. A significant Pei individual 1874-1963
Who studied him self in Boston Mass. "For upgraded education".
Well his Mother Mary Eliza Currie;-maiden name..., Mary Currie Barbour, Married name. ,
M.C. Barbour.
She fits the time frame for IOOF Rebekahs at the start.

What does everybody think?
What can anyone tell me that i may have missed?
Thank you
