Rare Ford button?

Dug this in a 1930 dump. Looks to me like it might be a jacket button/ snap from the Ford motor CO. didn't know if they made clothes? Anyone ever find one of these

not Necessarily from Clothes.though the dealers, mechanics etc probably had special Ford clothes,
It may be a Choke, radio or other Vehicle Knob, Cap
