I drove a fair way today to go detecting. I detected I reckon 80 targets easy.
But most lead and a few other. Zero Gold.
I really expected just 1 to be gold. Was a great area. But alas nothing yellow.
But was a beautiful place. Saw a small Wallaby with a Joey in pouch, baby one, tried hard to get close but the pic here is the best I could get. My phone was off. Turned it on, a Motorola, Wallby heard "Hello Moto" and hopped away 😆 stupid phone.
Was a great day regardless..

Beautiful mountain area I was in. No gold, alas but was an awesome day out.👍
For anyone wondering, it was Ampitheatre Central Victoria Aus.
Love the place.

I found if I don't mess with them, they don't mess with me.
(Well that's the thought anyways)
They put me in the hospital for 4 days when I was just a wee lad.
Throat swollen shut so it wasn't good.
