Do nothing wrong.... The pool table has a stone plate on top with a quite thin cloth on top. That´s why it hurts on the knees
But you are right,! On the pic from the net they put the protectors upside down LOL

And to Tom_Restorer, those "trick" shots were pretty neat. In my youth, many of those were fairly ordinary, EXCEPT hitting the cue ball on the run, those were pretty impressive to do that and with english on the ball. Was interesting to see all the cue tip chalk marks on the table Must have taken him numerous tries. And those girls........... I wonder how many lumps they received from the cue ball ? All in all, I liked it. Back in my era, Minnesota Fats was the dominant player and the one to beat, see how old I am ?

You remember the real Minnesota Fats ?! Gosh... didn´t know that you are stone old

I played the last 10 years in my club ONLY drunk because otherwise you can´t handle it with all this crazy guys around.... Pool is always like a magnet for the most worse people and characters...

I tried french billiards too but after hitting an hour just this 3 balls and they didn´t become less, I gave up It is the worst version of billiards all time !

I did it once and it was a real new experience You can´t imagine how many nearly new pieces of chalk, change and other need stuff you find there!
