Was pouring here for a long time last night. Beautiful here now. Finally got permission to a spot that 112 cob coins were found by construction workers building a sea wall. Been trying to pinpoint this spot for 15 years, and finally met the owner who confirmed the story and said I can search anytime as long as I call first. Wooo hooo !!

Looks like a tremendous amount of fun pepper. Glad I have tile.

Had porcelain tile through out the last place, hard on the legs and feet as we get up there on the calendar. So this mid 80's narrow strip oak is getting replaced by 5" Hickory.
This other floor in our screened porch is reclaimed Ash lumber made into 3/4" flooring I did this fall.
