I got 2 the other day in the mangroves. I know, I know.....ive posted them in 2 other forums but im just so proud of um. !! There so hard to find in the bush these days. Been 20 years since I found the last big one like these.

I had a really old sky blue one ... size of a volleyball... collector saw it... she hd to have it... I said its not for sale...
And it wasn't... until the offer kept climbing to the point I could not say no. heh
I miss that sucker.
Was one cool ole barnically scared sea glass'y OLD float.
Neverseen another like it.
In fact... it was found in the keys in the 60's.

Wow....sky blue !! Very rare. Never seen one that color in person. Very cool !!
Im a purist when it comes to fishing floats and bottles, I just cant buy one. I wont own it unless I have personally found it. You know........some kind of pride or somthing ? I could never sell one either. It has become very hard to find them these days, so to find 2 in one day was pretty epic for me. I actually put them by my bed so I could look at them and fondle them first thing in the morning. Basically I slept with them the last 2 days. Lol !!
And yes the wife just shakes her head at me.
