Yup, look at the flies all over their clothes and the colour of the hands. They gotta be dead. Even though I don't have a very weak stomach I'm not a huge fan of that picture being on here! [emoji22]

How 'bout now?

Sorry to those I freaked out. I guess no more Civil War, or World War photos. 8-)

That's better and you didn't freak me out! [emoji2][emoji106]

Folks,

I'll post up a couple of detecting finds.

First up what appears to be an old Victorian clothes hook found this morning at a nearby park.

2nd picture a Pratt and Whitney key fob.

Folks,

Here's a picture of the Bluenose a famous schooner from Nova Scotia which won many speed races back in the day.

It got it's name because it was a working vessel and would take blue potatoes and drop them off in New England and then go on to the carribean to load up with sugar, rum, etc...

Folks,

This picture has a bit of history related to yours truly....I worked at Canadian Pacific Railway until I got pensioned off or turfed out whatever....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

In any event we used to have a hotel division before the company spun off the various divisions one of the Hotels was Chateau Montibello and this is a picture of the main fireplace in the foyer...pretty impressive don't you think?

Folks,

Here's another find I made that has a bit of a personal twist....it's an employee badge from Allen Steamship Lines circa 1915 or earlier because it got bought out by Canadian Pacific Steamship Lines that year which was also owned by you guessed it Canadian Pacific.
