Back in the day, my buddy bought a new '78 Kaw Z1R. I would ride it ocassionally, it was state of the art, and a fun toy. I never got into street bikes, rode motocross. Anyhoo, I would take his Kaw over the mountain and back. All I remember is that 125mph down the mountain was much faster than 125 mph up the mountain. Up the mountain that was all it had, down the mountain there was a hand full of throttle left.

Lol. Funny how gravity has that effect....
