Simon,

Good luck and stay safe better hunker down in the basement if you got one.
========
Two requirements I had to have when I bought a home.
A. It had to have a full basement and
B. It had to have a large garage.

Storm has finally blown by us.
15,500 currently without power here in the city
over 4,972 lightning strikes in 10 min. period , ( for the entire state )
65 mph wind gusts went through our city
60 miles to the west was a "radar" indicated tornado and it overturned a semi on the interstate.
Then a few minutes later a "spotter" reported a tornado on the ground 25 miles southwest of us
numerous streets flooded in our city

Good mornin Simon, good to hear your safe!!

Thanks Toecutter. I hate when they come late at night or early in the morning :BangHead:. Been through 4 so far in my lifetime :icon_scratch:

That pointing finger is pretty effective and almost realistic Rook.
I am not old enough to search through the sites that Tom gets his memes and gifs from, but maybe I should follow you to yours ? :laughing7:

Good morning Bart :hello:
Did ya remember the keys to the liquor storeroom ?:laughing7:

Aircraft repo..
I can't even imagine how that works.
It's not like you just start and go lol.
Sounds like a great time though.

I've never understood why people who take a loan out on something, get so upset when you take their tpys away for non-payment.
They'll bring bats, knives, dogs, crazy b!tches...with guns and shoot up their entire neighborhood in an attempt to keep their toys.
It ain't yours because you made two payments of 360 payments lol!

Friend of mine was a repo guy in DC, he had lots of stories, he hooked a car up quick to get out of the area and hook it up better when he got fare enough away and took a hole porch with it lol they had the car chained to the porch...

I'll admit it..repo is especially pleasing when the debtors are more than capable of paying.

If only it was like the UK here.
Want to see no rights, no castle doctrines, no nudda.
Search YouTube for a show called
Can't pay, we'll take it away!
Shout-out to Paul Bohill!

I had a friend who was a repo man in Florida and yes, their business is scary.
Those airplane repo guys can earn a lot of money if they are willing to take huge risks.

The airplane repo man must be an excellent pilot licensed to fly all sorts of aircraft. He may have to fly a private jet, a 747, a crop duster, a twin engine prop plane, a rusted float plane, or even a traffic helicopter. With so many types of aircraft, an airplane repo man needs to be able to fly just about anything. If he can’t, someone on his team needs to be able to fly it. That’s the only way to get the plane back to the bank.

Airplanes are expensive. They can cost several million dollars. Every plane that is repossessed is delivered back to the bank for a 6% to 10% commission of the resale price. That could mean anywhere from $10,000 to $900,000 per plane.

Went along with a buddy one night as a spotter..he couldn't run to save his life..
F350 Diesel, fully decked out.
They welded and chained the frame with a chain from a container ship, to a massive oak tree.

How in the world ?!?
Patience and an entire night..new axle. :laughing7:
