Hit it after a good rain. You may be surprised. I was told one time an old football field was done. I put on my Tornado coil on my Fisher Ltd. Since then ive found
two wedding rings two buffalo' s and some Wheaties along with some jewelry pieces that the mowing crew probably hit. Don't give up on it.

Like GB said he digs every signal....I'd probably do likewise in your situation sometimes the iron targets are masking non ferrous items. It's worth a shot what have you got to loose.

I haven't given up, I'm just done for the night. I'm getting rain this week, so I'll try it then.

Since you're into MMA here's a video of a Chinese master doing various martial art routine, tai chi sword, baji, baqua, etc...he's 79 and been doing this stuff since he's 6 so a bit of experience under his belt....
