I know full well.As a Marine, My uncle landed in Iwo Jima .The stories he told ,He island hoped all throughout the S. Pacific in ww2.

This system still works today pretty well. :headbang:

did you saw the series Pacific? I don´t know whats harder, Normandy or the conditions on all this pacific islands with diseases etc...
A fight is over after some time but if you hang out in such conditions for month must be terrible.
I read some years ago about the japanese soldier who ate their own comrades to survive and such stuff. Also that American and japanese soldiers stopped fighting to exchange medicine and food.

I believe that most of these soldiers genuinely wanted to stop the fanatical Nazi's from world domination. We already had a history with them. I am pretty darn sure that their commander instilled the fear of God into them, and that helped as well.


In every war, every conflict, and every battle, the question WHY remains the biggest question. Why did the Colonists choose to revolt against the king, and start a war for independence? Why did the Southern states, secede from the Union, to form a separate country? Why did the North try to stop them? Why did we enter into the first world war, and the second world war? Why Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan? Because Americans have a sense of duty, patriotism, pride, courage, honor and loyalty. And a lil' butt kicking from the sarge at boot camp...

Buddy, I just see some facts about WWI and WWII that came out in the last 20 years (which was btw. released by the US and UK!) and read a lot from US and UK historians about it and about the reasons for this wars.

But this is not the place to discuss this or we get a hammer on our heads from the admin :tongue3: :laughing7:

I don´t try to defend :censored: Adolf and his LEFT party (Left because they was socialists!) but the real reason of the wars was simply to destroy and occupy germany for all time - wanted by the UK!

And if you make some research you will find out that some of my "special friends" in the USA wrote books how to wipe out the germany BEFORE WWI started and later many more before WWII started.

Just search for Kaufmann, Hooton, Morgenthau and Kalergi plans!

The german Boycott and later fight against jews started one month after this declaration of war!!

All the books and articles to wipe out germans was written WAY before all this!

CORRECT!! :laughing7: All this B/S should n´t be the problem of our generations! It´s OVER and not to change!

...I just hate that this war is still going on against us on every level and on a daily basis - also from inside our own country! Show me only one other country which is blamed for something in the past, or for war crimes etc. etc. for more than 70 years. And there are several countries which has a way higher body count than germany.
