Thanks for the compliment, however, my master/sifu was John Hum and he's still teaching in Ottawa. Just a guess but I'd say he's about 65 and if you look at his picture you can tell he's very muscular for that age.

Been hanging with my 5 year old nephew Turk. He took a bad fall at the playground and did some major damage to his arm, so the whole family has been there for some very tricky surgery and support for my favorite nephew. I nicknamed him "the bull" because he loves to run full speed into stuff head first. This I hope will make him slow down and think before he acts. Its gonna be a long road back for him so were all trying to help any way we can.
