I wonder why I am posting winter pics today. Huh. I took this pic during the polar vortex this year in Harrisburg. It was -10, and windy. I think -15 windchill.

I think you are trying to remind us to be thankful, it could be worse.

You guys like EASY FALL OFF THE BONE Ribs ? And I mean EASY !!! No need to spend hours over the BBQ grill outside.
Place the ribs in a pan like this.
Put 1/2" water on the bottom.
A couple dashes of Liquid Hickory smoke(in the water)
Apply BBQ sauce on the ribs.
Cover TIGHTLY with Foil.

Place ribs in a preheated 350* oven for 2 Hrs.
Remove from oven,give em another coat of BBQ....and done !

Roger, do you peel the thin skin (whatever it's called) off of your ribs?
