Found crawling on my hillside Ft Ancient site. Not bad for and hour and a half. Nice little Bone Bead, the little Serrated Triangle has a needle tip. The Scraper to the left of the biggest Triangle I found from my truck driving right next to the edge of the field, that I can't hunt by the way. It was like a foot from the roads edge. I could see stuff in the field but didn't chance going in.

Its amazing to me that you can find that much just laying on top of the ground. You would think it would all be buried under a thousand years of leaves falling.Great finds as usual Grim. I love the bone artifacts.

When they built the overpass close to it, back in the '30's I believe, they used a lot of this site for fill in the slopes on both sides because there was layer of gravel at about a 10 foot depth. After the project was complete they bulldozed a lot of the dirt piles over the hill where I hunt. On top of that, when the new owner that won't let me hunt first bought the property he bulldozed a lot of the trees that grew along the edge over the bank so I have that to hunt as well.

That’s one of the amazing quirky things about great surface collectors. They always follow the money (or dirt?).
