Question for cache hunters

Timberwolf,

I have pulled several caches here with a Tesoro bandido II the deepest I have found one is about 18 to 22 inches. That distance is measured to the bottom of the cache, so the top of the cache was even more shallow. I suspect that since these were in old fruit jars (Mason Type with Glass lids and the heavy wire closures) I was first picking up the closure before I got the coins in the jar.
Just speculation though.

Good Luck!!

Thanks, Alec. I didn't know they were that good.
There's a Bandido 2 on Ebay, currently at $150.00, $20.00 shipping.
I'm, not gonna put the link here 'cause it messes up the page. Just type in Bandido in the Ebay search engine.
STOP bidding me up. I'm gonna get it, cause I need it. stvn.

I didn't bid. The one I was talking about ended at $181.02. I see there's another one on now, going for a higher price.

That's me! "oneflash" on eBay. (I use an SX-70 btw, to answer your question of why that handle over there....Ask me why on a new thread if you are curious and know nothing about sx-70 film & how it is of use to treasure hunters....) stvn.
