Can someone determine where a quartzite rock came from by looking at it? Like these two for example

Quartzite is a nonfoliated metamorphic rock that formed by the metamorphism of pure quartz sandstone. So you could do some research for your state/area as to where the nearest areas of such sandstone would be.

Thanks kcm: this is not found in my area or state. I would think since its metamorphic that the color and content of the rock would make it easier to trace back to known sources. Like if I took these to a rock guy and he said... "I've seen these before, they came from .. .. .. .. " considering the color is spot on and the iron/bronze colored streak is identical as well. These two pieces look like they came from the same source.

Sometimes, but not always. You have to know the local regions geology exceptionally well.
