Pulse Devil could well be the best nugget detector yet !

Gerry, I never bashed you, I just stated the fact that the Pulse Devil and the Whites PI are two different machines altogether, I know who has the test prototypes of the Whites, and you have not got one, or had one, yet. I'm not saying you may get to test one, but you haven't yet, according to my imformation. Your a great writer, and I know you started writing, because of you accident, you started writing childrens books. Thats great! I know serveral writers, that are good at what they do, you put out some great imformation on detecting. As far as inviting you, where we go mostly is on private ground also, and I'm limited to who I can take and when. 4 people is all I can have at a time, and there is always 4 of us going, and I'm sure not staying at home. Grubstake

I don't think so, he's the owner of the Whitlock mine and has a deg. in mining engineering. He lived here almost all his life, and knows who has found what. He's just stating facts, in fact he's hunting the Shroeder mine today with the owner.Matts family has a long minig historty in this county of Mariposa, and others. Its easy to get facts, all you have to do is go to the county records office or the Calif. Mining and Mineral Museum. Grubstake

It just seems to me that people get on here and ramble about stuff that has nothing to do with finding nuggets. Alot of volley, dont do this or that, blah! Lets see some pics of nuggets Matt or anybody else, even pics of the claim or camp are cool to see. Matt sorry about the whiner comment.. Cooter

Oh, I pulled these out of the Bear Valley area with my Gmt. My partner Joe and I had some private land to hunt.

Cooter, the thing is about, knowing whats the truth and whats a good story for magazines. I believe things can be made fun and enjoyable, by truthfulness, as well as embellishments. You see we live here, not in some far away place in another state, we know what the gold from here looks like, and can tell you prob within a mile or so, what area or mine it came from, weather it is run of the mill placer gold or suppreme type crystalline, which is very highly prised. . In other words DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SEA STORY AND A FAIR TALE? Grubstake

Grubstake, I see your point. You will only get the truth from me, no b.s. Ill be in your area @ 7 am tommorrow, finding gold or maybe not. No fairy tales!

Cooter first thing Nice nuggets!
I went off half cocked at Ole Grubstake it is just that these are my friends and he dosn't need to talk about them like that.
You are right about stuff that has nothing to do about finding nuggets.
So here you go Grubby-Our Chance mine
It use to consists of three claims Our Chance,Ten spot and the Triangle
The vain strikes to the north and dips at 30 degress to NE. The vain is 4 inches to 4 feet but mostly about 12 inches.
The hanging wall is porphrey and the foot wall is greenstone.
The mine has good mill rock but it is known for its crystallized pockets of ore one of the first owners is said to have taken out 2000 onces in a short time.
I know that the best mill rock is ribboned Quartz at the footwall.

Thanks Matt, Thats one thing I dont like about forums, people just talk trash that they wouldnt to your face. I will keep my comments just to gold and oohs and ahhs..

Never ever said Whites was a bad detector, I have owned serveral of them, Found my first nugget with a Goldmaster 3, then up graded to a V/sat, with a DD coil. I'm not posting anymore on the new Whites PI, thats coming out, But I do know what I'm talking about. Theres two sides to every story, I have mine you have yours. we'll leave it at that. I hope you find the fame and fortune you seek, I have mine already, the real gold is not how rich you are or famous, but the friends you can count on. I have many, some rich, some poor, but all equal, in friends ship. Have a nice life, I wish you the best. Grubstake

Ole Grubstake That looks like the nugget in your article this month in Lost Treasure?

Gubby you are the man all the coil covers I have wore out on my XLT and I have only found one gold coin in Mariposa county and it had Gold Coin Club on one side Good for one drink on the other does that count?.How do you do it????

Its collectable-Right? Good find. I scored two small, very small nuggets yesterday.

Matt, you wont get any more trouble from me! Someday when you have time I would like to talk to you about something. P.M. me when you have time.
