I went to the harness burial site this morning to beat the heat. 2 more iron buckles, 2 rings, 1 D ring and another cockeye. The end of the eyelet had been worn through. You can see where a wire repair job was performed. I’ve found a few like this now. Pretty common. To me it shows the ingenuity to persevere. Do what it takes and git on down the road.
