Profile updating notc

Hello, All of my profile info says N/A. I can add pictures to a post but I can't add a profile picture. How do you get to the editing part of your profile? Or is that only available to certain members?

At the top of the page click my profile.
Then click settings
Over on the left is a menu bar.
It will say edit profile, edit profile picture and edit avatar.
Avatar will be the pictures that shows when someone sees you profile when you post.
