Profile settings question

What do I have to check on in my settings so I'm not getting 60 email alerts to my posts??

everyday my email is packed with these things and I can't figure out how to make them stop.

click on profile.
under modify profile click Notifications an email.
un-check Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
and un-check When sending notification of a reply to a topic, send the post in the email (but please don't reply to these emails.)
You can also scroll down on that page and delete stuff under current topic notification.
