Profession grade DIY floatation, not recycled plastic drums

I rectory purchased a spray foam trailer ... On the side if been building molds and rebar skeleton to redo my 6" triple and my 4" keen
At a cubic yard of foam only weighing 1.8 lbs and just a light skeleton my new float system should weigh less than 5 lbs and be much stronger than the factory setup .
I'll be posting some pictures and selling some probably also.. As the cost to make my 4" will be well under 25 dollars and packing it in on you back would be much. Easer !!!! Not that I'm going to do. That anyway...[emoji6]
 

Increased weight reduces ability to float in any pontoon foam filled. Check mfg specs for cubic foot weight, do the math and adjust number accordingly. John
